Our Process
A repair process built around a written price you approve first
You always know what is wrong, what it costs and when it will be finished before a single part comes off the truck.
Tell us what the door is doing
Open the assistant or call 305-360-0342. Describe the symptom — dragging, off track, won't lock — and send a photo of the frame if you have one.
Scheduled diagnostic visit
We arrive with a stocked van, lift the panel, inspect rollers, track, seals and hardware, then explain exactly what failed and why.
Flat-rate estimate, approved first
You get a written price for the repair before any part comes off the truck. No surprise add-ons and no pressure to replace what can be repaired.
Repair completed on site
Where the needed parts are on the truck, the repair is completed during the visit. Special-order hardware is scheduled for a return visit.
Glide test and clean-up
We test travel force, lock engagement and seal contact with you watching, vacuum the track, and haul away every old part.
Workmanship follow-up
If the door misbehaves after we leave, call and we come back out to look at it.
What to have ready for your appointment
Two minutes of prep keeps the visit short and the estimate accurate.
Clear the threshold
Move furniture, planters and rugs about three feet back from the door so the panel can be lifted safely.
Note the symptom
When it started, whether it grinds, drags, jumps the track or fails to lock, and if it changed after a storm.
Photos help
A shot of the full door and a close-up of the lock or track lets us bring the right hardware the first time.
