Repair-first approach

We fix doors instead of upselling new ones.

Miami-Dade & Broward

Homestead to Deerfield Beach.

Every sliding door and window problem we solve

One crew, one truck, and the parts your frame actually takes. If it slides, we repair it.

Patio Door Roller Replacement

Seized, flat-spotted or salt-corroded rollers are the #1 reason a sliding glass door drags. We install heavy-duty tandem steel rollers rated for coastal humidity.

  • Tandem stainless rollers
  • Panel lift & re-hang
  • Height & pitch calibration

Track Repair & Stainless Track Caps

Bent, pitted or sand-packed bottom tracks chew through new rollers in months. We straighten, deep-clean or cap the track so the door glides for years.

  • Track straightening
  • Stainless cap-over install
  • Deep debris extraction

Locks, Latches & Handle Sets

Broken mortise locks, loose keepers and snapped handles leave your home unsecured. We match hardware to your frame profile and set the strike properly.

  • Keyed & thumb-latch locks
  • Mortise lock swap
  • Secondary security bars

Sliding Screen Doors & Rescreening

New screen frames built to your opening, or fresh mesh in your existing frame — including pet-resistant and no-see-um mesh for South Florida evenings.

  • Custom-built screen frames
  • Pet & no-see-um mesh
  • Screen roller & guide kits

Sliding Window Repair

Horizontal sliders that stick, drop out of the track or refuse to lock. We rebuild the operating sash, replace guides and restore smooth one-finger travel.

  • Sash guides & rollers
  • Window latch replacement
  • Balance & frame squaring

Alignment & Adjustment Tune-Up

Doors that rub the jamb, bind at the lock or let daylight through are usually out of plumb. A precision tune-up fixes drag without new parts.

  • Plumb & square check
  • Roller height balancing
  • Lock engagement reset

Weather Seals & Storm Prep

Brittle weatherstripping means wind noise, wind-driven rain and AC dollars pushed outside. We re-seal jambs, interlocks and brush sweeps.

  • Jamb & interlock seals
  • Brush sweeps
  • Water intrusion checks

Replacement Hardware & Glass Panels

Discontinued rollers, guides, keepers, pulls and stiles sourced and fitted. When a panel is beyond saving, we handle full panel replacement.

  • Hard-to-find parts sourcing
  • Panel & stile replacement
  • Glass unit swap-out

How a repair visit works

No mystery pricing and no all-day windows. Six clear steps from your first message to a door that glides.

  1. 01

Tell us what the door is doing

Open the assistant or call 305-360-0342. Describe the symptom — dragging, off track, won't lock — and send a photo of the frame if you have one.

  2. 02

    Same-week diagnostic visit

We arrive with a stocked van, lift the panel, inspect rollers, track, seals and hardware, then explain exactly what failed and why.

  3. 03

    Flat-rate estimate, approved first

You get a written price for the repair before any part comes off the truck. No surprise add-ons and no pressure to replace what can be repaired.

  4. 04

    Repair completed on site

Most roller, track, lock, screen and seal jobs finish in a single visit. Special-order hardware is scheduled with a firm return date.

  5. 05

    Glide test and clean-up

We test travel force, lock engagement and seal contact with you watching, vacuum the track, and haul away every old part.

  6. 06

    Workmanship follow-up

Labor is backed by our workmanship guarantee. If the door misbehaves after we leave, call and we come back out.

Recent before & after repairs

Five real South Florida jobs — same door, same frame, photographed before and after the repair.

Before: rusted, seized sliding patio door rollers packed with debris
Before
After: new stainless tandem roller assembly seated in a clean sliding door track
After

Project 1 — Seized Patio Door Rollers

Coral Gables, Miami-Dade

The problem
An 8-ft patio door took two hands and a shoulder to move. The original steel rollers had rusted solid and were dragging in the track.
What we did
Panel lifted out, tandem stainless rollers installed, height calibrated on both stiles. Door now glides with one finger.
Before: dented and corroded aluminum sliding door floor track full of grit
Before
After: straight stainless steel track cap installed under a clean sliding glass door
After

Project 2 — Bent & Corroded Bottom Track

Hollywood, Broward

The problem
A dented, pitted aluminum track kept chewing through replacement rollers and let the panel jump off its guide.
What we did
Track straightened, deep-cleaned and finished with a stainless cap-over so new rollers ride on a hard, smooth surface.
